Payment milestones
Vehicle payment is separate from freight. Balance must clear before DMV export deregistration — once cancelled, the car cannot re-enter domestic China resale.
Deposit — lock the unit
T/T deposit reserves your vehicle from our live inventory while we confirm specs and inspection.
On Proforma Invoice (PI)
When we issue the PI, the majority of the vehicle payment is due to proceed with sourcing confirmation.
Before export deregistration
Full vehicle balance before DMV cancellation / export clearance documents — required because deregistered cars cannot be sold again inside China.
After payment — export & shipment
Export documentation
Customs declaration, deregistration, commercial invoice, packing list, COO & B/L preparation.

What is the difference between PHEV and HEV?▼
HEV (hybrid) charges itself through driving — no plug needed. PHEV (plug-in hybrid) can also be charged externally for longer electric range, but works like a normal HEV if never plugged in.
Can PHEV cars be used in areas without charging stations?▼
Yes. PHEV cars operate exactly like conventional HEV hybrids if never charged externally. Petrol drives the car; the electric motor adds efficiency.
Why did PHEV exports from China surge in 2026?▼
EU countervailing duties apply only to battery-electric vehicles (BEV), not PHEVs. This created a price advantage for Chinese PHEVs in European markets, driving 152% YoY export growth in Q1 2026.
