Can I order a single vehicle or do I need to buy in bulk?

Both are welcome. We handle single-unit purchases and can arrange consolidated (LCL) shipping for one vehicle. Larger orders of 3+ vehicles qualify for dedicated container rates, priority handling, and a personal account manager. We recommend discussing your volume expectations upfront so we can tailor the best logistics and pricing plan.

Which vehicle brands and models can you source?

Accepted Answer

We source across all major Chinese brands — BYD, NIO, Xpeng, Li Auto, AITO, Zeekr, Chery, Geely, Changan, GAC, Great Wall, SAIC, Dongfeng, and more. This includes both used vehicles and new energy vehicles (EVs and hybrids). If you have a specific model in mind that is not listed on our site, contact us — we can often locate it through our dealer and auction network.

What documents are required for export?

Standard export documents include: purchase contract, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading (or airway bill), and Chinese export customs declaration. Additional certificates vary by destination — for example, a Certificate of Conformity, Certificate of Origin, or pre-shipment inspection report may be required. We handle all China-side documentation and will advise you on what your country specifically requires.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to markets across Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Central Asia, and beyond. We work with multiple freight forwarding partners to ensure broad coverage. Contact us with your destination country and port — we will confirm feasibility, shipping frequency (some routes have weekly sailings, others monthly), and give you a cost estimate. Some markets have import restrictions on used vehicles or specific emission standards; we will flag these upfront.

How long does shipping take and what shipping methods are available?

We use RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) and container shipping. RoRo is typically cheaper for vehicles and takes 3–6 weeks to most African and Asian ports. Container shipping (1 or 2 vehicles per 20ft container, up to 3–4 in a 40ft) offers more protection and is preferred for higher-value vehicles. Transit times vary: West Africa 3–5 weeks, East Africa 4–6 weeks, Southeast Asia 2–4 weeks, Middle East 2–3 weeks. We provide a firm lead time estimate in every quote.

Can I inspect the vehicle before purchase?

Yes. For every listed vehicle we provide a detailed inspection report covering exterior condition, interior, mechanical checks, mileage verification, and accident history. We also supply high-resolution photos and video walkarounds. For large orders or premium vehicles, we can arrange an independent third-party inspection by a certified agency. If you or a local representative are in China, we can facilitate an in-person visit to the vehicle location.

Do you supply new energy vehicles (NEVs / EVs)?

Yes — this is one of our specialties. China is the world's largest and most advanced EV market, and we have direct access to the full range: pure electric (BEV), plug-in hybrid (PHEV), and extended-range electric (EREV) vehicles from all major manufacturers. We can advise on charging infrastructure compatibility, voltage standards, and homologation requirements for your target market. Early access to Chinese NEVs is a significant competitive advantage for dealers in emerging markets.

When is a deposit required and how much?

Standard B2B terms: after you confirm our proforma invoice, a 30% T/T deposit locks your order; the 70% balance is due before vessel loading. For exclusive sourcing of specific units before proforma is issued, a refundable USD 500 per unit sourcing deposit may apply — credited toward your order once terms are confirmed. What payment methods do you accept?

We primarily work with T/T (telegraphic transfer / wire transfer) and Letter of Credit (LC). For established clients we may offer flexible deposit structures. Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before vessel loading, though this can be adjusted for verified dealers. All transactions are conducted in USD. We do not accept cryptocurrency at this time.

Question 11

What is included in the FOB price and what costs come on top?

Accepted Answer

Our FOB price covers the vehicle cost, all China-side handling, export customs clearance, and loading onto the vessel at a Chinese port (typically Tianjin, Shanghai, or Guangzhou). Not included in FOB: international ocean freight, destination port charges, import duties and taxes, destination customs clearance, and inland delivery in your country. We can provide a CIF (Cost Insurance Freight) quote that bundles ocean freight and insurance if preferred.

I am a dealer or agent. How can I partner with WinMinCar?

We actively seek dealer and agent partnerships in all markets. Contact us through the Contact page or WhatsApp with: your market and country, the vehicle types you focus on, your estimated monthly or annual volume, and any existing supplier relationships. We will respond with a partnership proposal including pricing tiers, priority allocation for popular models, and a dedicated account contact. Established partners receive priority inventory access and preferential rates.

Do you offer after-sales support or warranty assistance?

We assist with manufacturer warranty claims for new energy vehicles where the brand has an international warranty programme. For used vehicles, we clearly disclose condition grades and do not offer a warranty beyond the inspection report. Post-sale, we remain available to help with: spare parts sourcing from China, technical documentation requests, and connecting you with service centres that specialise in Chinese vehicles in your region.
