How we load & secure vehicles

Standard FCL stowage for used cars and NEVs leaving China export yards:

  1. 1Pre-load inspection photos and odometer record — no load if major structural damage is found.
  2. 2Drive-in loading with handbrake set; automatics in Park, manuals in gear with wheel chocks.
  3. 34–6 lashings per unit to container D-rings using certified polyester straps (never chain on body panels).
  4. 4Foam / tire protectors and soft separators between adjacent vehicles to prevent contact damage.
  5. 5Fuel typically ≤¼ tank; 12V battery secured; keys and remote handed to shipping desk with packing list.
  6. 6Container seal number recorded on packing list and BL draft before gate-in.

  • Wheel chocks + wooden blocks under tires on container floor
  • Mirror fold or removable mirror guards on tight stowage
  • Optional VCI car covers or breathable wraps for long-voyage humidity
