02How We Work
A process built on transparency
From your first inquiry to the moment your vehicle arrives at port, every step is documented, tracked, and communicated.
Inquiry and Quote
Tell us the vehicle model (or let us recommend one), quantity, and destination. We respond within 24 hours with a full breakdown: FOB price, shipping options, estimated lead time, and export documentation notes.
Proforma and Deposit
After quote confirmation, we issue a proforma invoice. Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit locks your order; 70% balance is due before vessel loading. L/C available for qualified buyers.
Source and Inspect
We locate vehicles through our verified dealer and auction network. Every vehicle undergoes an independent multi-point inspection with full photographic and written condition report before loading.
Documentation and Compliance
We handle all China-side export documentation: purchase contract, commercial invoice, packing list, export customs declaration, and any destination-required certificates.
Freight, Delivery and Support
We arrange RoRo or container freight from major Chinese ports. Your shipment arrives with complete documents. Post-delivery support includes NEV warranty coordination and spare parts sourcing.
