On Proforma Invoice (PI)
When we issue the PI, the majority of the vehicle payment is due to proceed with sourcing confirmation.
Before export deregistration
Full vehicle balance before DMV cancellation / export clearance documents — required because deregistered cars cannot be sold again inside China.
