Finished vehicle export from China typically requires a complete paperwork set. We prepare and align these documents with your freight and destination broker.
Commercial invoice
VIN list, HS codes, unit values, and buyer/seller details matching the physical shipment.
Packing list
Weights, dimensions, and container loading plan for customs and port handling.
Bill of lading (B/L)
Ocean B/L draft reviewed against invoice, seal numbers, and container manifest.
Certificate of origin
COO and related certificates where your market needs preferential or standard origin proof.
Inspection & history reports

Loading capacity depends on vehicle dimensions, steering configuration (LHD/RHD), and whether mirrors are folded. We provide a stowage plan before you confirm deposit.

How we load & secure vehicles
Standard FCL stowage for used cars and NEVs leaving China export yards:
- 1Pre-load inspection photos and odometer record — no load if major structural damage is found.
- 2Drive-in loading with handbrake set; automatics in Park, manuals in gear with wheel chocks.
- 34–6 lashings per unit to container D-rings using certified polyester straps (never chain on body panels).
- 4Foam / tire protectors and soft separators between adjacent vehicles to prevent contact damage.
- 5Fuel typically ≤¼ tank; 12V battery secured; keys and remote handed to shipping desk with packing list.
- 6Container seal number recorded on packing list and BL draft before gate-in.
Protection standards
- Wheel chocks + wooden blocks under tires on container floor
- Mirror fold or removable mirror guards on tight stowage
- Optional VCI car covers or breathable wraps for long-voyage humidity
- NEV: high-voltage system check; traction battery SOC per carrier guidelines
- No loose items inside cabin — personal effects removed before yard handover
- Insurance & survey optional — recommended for first-time importers
